Net10 LG620g

New to Net10 is this LG620g slider. Unlike previous LG models, this one actually has the features you want.  The 620 comes with a built in mp3 player, fm tuner, 1.3mp camera, mp3 ringtone capable, bluetooth and more.  Well built, durable quality are the hallmarks of this phone. The 620 is a GSM handset so it will ride on either the AT&T or TMobile networks. Net10 will make that determination upon activation.

New Net10 Rate Plans

Along with the LG620g are the all new Net10 phone rates. Especially interesting is the new Net10 750 minute $25  rate. No surprise there since the 700 minute mark is the nation’s average. If you’re wondering how the card works with texting and data here goes… Net10 counts your 750 minutes against voice, text and mobile combined. All in all, an excellent little plan.

Next is the new Net10 $50 unlimited plan that gives you unlimited voice, text and data as well as 411. This is a huge price cut from their old unlimited plan that started at $99. Very similar to the Straight Talk $45 plan except Net10 gives you unlimited data.

If 750 and Unlimited are too much for you, consider the other new cards now available. Those are 600, 900 and 1500 for $45, $60 and $90 respectively. Why that’s a reduction of 30% over the old Net10 rates. These cards will give you rates of about 7 cents per minute, much better than the old 10 cent rate.

If talking on the phone for hours on end aren’t your thing, no worries because Net10 still has the 200 and 300 minute cards for $20 and $30 respectively.

All in all, exciting news from Net10 with this new music enabled LG620 and their much lower rates. If you’ve been thinking of making the switch, perhaps now is the time to start saving at leat 50% over your contract rates and with much improved handsets you don’t have to be embarrassed to carry one. If buying for teenager 750 plan will only last one day. All time on line is counted. You have to go for unlimited plan.

This looks like a pretty sweet phone. I am definitely tempted to upgrade to this model. Nice to get the scoop on all the latest minute plans too. It’s great to have so many options to choose from, especially if your usage (and your budget!) varies from month-to-month, like mine does.

Was definitely hesitant at first coming from having a contract with the same carrier for over 5 years but i’ve had the phone for 3 months now and its been a great surprise that the service is as promised. I do know they use the Verizon and AT&T networks too so when your traveling you know you have national coverage.

I’m not sure if you all have seen the NET10 commercials, but they are HILARIOUS! They have this genie character that makes me laugh every time. The commercials are actually what helped catch my eye to NET10. And then when I found out how cheap it is, $50 a month for unlimited everything, I signed up immediately!

I agree with goodman and Anita, Net10 Unilimited ROCKS! I have it and I would never change. But Will Powter has a really good point too; if you’re not an avid cell phone user, then Net10 has really good deals for those people too.

I like being able to cap my cell phone spending at $50 a month. Ever since switching to Net10, I end up with a better phone, more minutes plus better service at half the price I used to pay. Couldn’t be happier!

I use the the $50 unlimited. When I bought this plan I was a little sceptical and wondered when there would be a catch. There is no catch and for $50 I have unlimited talk text and data – This is truly a huge saving to me

I’m blown away by the 750 minutes deal. For $25 a month, it’s an amazing value. I love that I can use my phone that I used for Net10 and don’t have to by a nother either. Thanks!

I really like the flexibility that Net10 offers it\’s customers. They really think of how best to save you money. I have the unlimited plan. For only $50 a month, I get unlimited talk, text, email, web access, and free 411. That is such a big savings from what I used to pay, and my favorite….no contract and no bill. I\’m now the one in control and that does feel good!

I like net10 because they offer such affordable rates. Personally I use the 750 minute 25$ rate because that is all I really use in a month. No contracts of course and the phone was inexpensive when I first bought it so it was a great deal and I am content with them.
